What to Expect at Your First Visit
Your first appointment includes a warm welcome from our front desk team, digital X-rays as needed, a comprehensive exam with Dr. Ellickson, and a personalized treatment plan discussion. We take the time to listen to your concerns and answer all of your questions before any treatment begins.
- Plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early if you haven't completed forms online.
- Bring your insurance card and a valid photo ID.
- Let us know about any medications, allergies, or medical conditions.
- Write down any questions or concerns you'd like to discuss.
